As a woman, picking your wedding dress is an important event in your life. You have probably dreamed about the dress since you were a little girl, and now you finally get to go out shopping for it. And if you have a large budget, you might even be able to afford a gown from one of the top wedding dress designers. These designers have made the wedding dresses of some of the most famous, Hollywood celebrities, and charge a price for their dresses that an unknown designer could only dream about.
On top of the list of celebrity designers is Vera Wang. Her wedding dress collections are often characterized by their uniqueness and beauty. Next on the top designer list is Monique Lhullier. She is probably best know for creating Britney Spears wedding dress, for her 2004 wedding. Lhullier’s 2010 collection mostly includes dresses made of lace materials, and features a lot of details on the lower part of her dresses. Her dresses are also priced at $3000 and upwards.
For those of you that can’t afford such expensive wedding dresses there is the possibility of finding a designer dress on sale, especially if you do a search online. Another route is to go for a pre-owned wedding dress, where you will probably only pay half the price of a new wedding dress. For both of these options it is important that you make certain that you have a means of returning the dress if it doesn't fit, or you find a defect, especially if you buy the wedding dress online. Buy from a reputable shop as well, so you are certain that you don't receive a counterfit designer dress.
