Surfing is an amazing sport. It is more than a sport, but more of a get together with others in a community where you can just escape from the world for a while and get away from that boring office job. There is not a lot of gear you need to be able to surf. When you think about it, all you really need is a board and possibly a wetsuit in case it is on the chilly side. The thing I like is the wide angled lens and this capture so much more than your average camera. There is no level of advanced photography here. It is extremely easy to operate. You don't have to flip through a menu before you actually mount the camera on your board. You don't even have to do that when you are dealing with the software. When I am looking for a camera, I don't want something that is going to cause frustration when I am converting everything over.
