Depends on how many pounds you want to lose. But if you can keep a healthy diet and a constant exercise routine, you should start to see results in about 6-8 weeks. But do not expect results if you eat healthy one week and practice 3 days and then return to the old habits. The idea is to be consistent both in terms of diet and exercises, just so you get the desired results only remember that there is no quick way to get rig of belly fat.
What is the best abdominal workout?
Cardio exercises are the best, not abdominal exercises. Abdominal exercises tone and define the abdomen, but cardio (running, aerobics ... etc.) accelerates fat burning, thus helping in the burning of the fat that hides the abdominal muscles. You can do 500 crunches a day, but if not accelerate your metabolism to burn fat throughout the body; you will only put muscle on the abdomen below the already existing fat. I am not saying you should not do crunches anymore I just want you to understand that cardio exercises burn fat. Abdominal exercises are effective only if you manage to maintain a healthy diet and a consistent cardio exercise program.
What foods should I use for a flat belly?
Foods rich in protein (fish, grilled chicken, egg, turkey, etc.) they help burn fat, but you can not rely only on these foods.
You need to reduce the consumption of saturated fats, carbohydrates, and sodium, because it does not matter how much protein you eat if you keep eating the wrong foods along with the good proteins. But remember to add 6-8 cups of water to your diet. Water gets rid of flatulence, aids digestion and is very important in the process of losing weight.
