Skinny guys, hard gainers, ectomorphs etc. need about four-thousand to five-thousand calories per day in order for them gain any kind of weight – that is a known fact. High Glycemic Index Carbohydrates – Some great sources of high glycemic index carbs are white potatoes and white rice. These foods get easily digested by your system; you easily get hungry so the tendency is that you will eat more and more. These are wonderful foods that you need to consume if you are looking for ways on how to bulk up your chest and develop your muscle mass effectively and rapidly!
Oils – Some essential oils that you can add to your daily meal are hemp, pumpkin seed, olive and flaxseed oil. These oils are great sources of unsaturated fats and will provide your body with ample calories. Each tablespoon of either of these oils is equivalent to one-hundred-fifty calories. So, make it a point that you add more of these oils into your diet.
Now, can skinny guys build muscle? The answer to that is a big YES! As long as you exercises regularly and add these power foods into your everyday meal, it is possible for skinny dudes to bulk up and build muscle mass.
