Black mold is an infamous substance, a danger to the respiratory system and especially those who are weakened by other illnesses. Damp environments foster black mold growth and leaks hidden behind walls; it is also known by the name Stachybotrys atra and blooms in places that are dank and damp. Black mold growth is toxic and often stubborn, but with professional help, a house can be cleared of its infestation and made safe for occupation once more.
