Flapper style dresses were first introduced during the early part of the roaring twenties. These amazing outfits continue to be popular today and can often be seen on runways in London and Paris.
A stereotypical flapper dress costume consists of a few common design characteristics. Most flapper dresses tend to be rather short. They tend to be knee-length, at most, and are typically accented with layers upon layers of free flowing fringe.
