Have you ever stood in front of one of those food trucks in a busy fair or street festival and watched in amazement how much cash they seemed to be raking in? I’ve seen hot dog vendors make an absolute killing at 4 in the morning outside a bar-lined city street. I’ve also seen people make literally over a thousand dollars a day selling hot coffee and cocoa next to an ice skating rink. All you need to do is use your imagination and a little common sense, and you can make it work.
As for what type of mobile kitchen unit you need, that depends on what you are going to sell. You can find mobile kitchens for sale that are configured in many different ways. If you are going to cook full meals, you will probably want something large and equipped with a full kitchen. On the other hand, you can get specialized equipment for things like hot dogs, cotton candy, and beverages in a small mobile trailer that will work just fine in many situations.
Also don't forget your business will need mobile kitchen business insurance. It's very important you have it in order to protect yourself and your business.
