8. Have positive and healthy rewards

Your motivation to exercise and eat right will be increased with rewards. So reward yourself when you reach your goals.

9. Buy new workout clothes

New exercises clothes will make you want to put them on and exercise.

10. Listen to upbeat music while working out

If you listen to upbeat music you will be encouraged to take the exercise up one notch and you may even also enjoy it more.
